Join us every Tuesday for a safe, non-judgmental, and non-religious yet spiritual approach to recovery. We extend a warm welcome to anyone grappling with addiction, whether it be substances, alcohol, drugs, people-pleasing, and more.
Our program is rooted in a tools-based approach to recovery, incorporating methods such as EFT Tapping, Breathwork, Visualization, and Meditation.
